If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of full-priced items that are in New, Unused Condition Only, with original paperwork, tags, and cases, accompanied by an original FastSunglass.com receipt within 30 days from the day the order was shipped. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. Shipping and handling fees are not subject to a refund. The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing. Please note that will not accept any returns for used merchandise. Customer assumes all responsibility for shipping the item (s) back to FastSunglass.com.
To place a Return or Exchange please follow the simple instructions below:
Click Return/Exchange Request Form to print, fill out and include in your package. In order to expedite your Return/Exchange it is important that you take the time and complete the form entirely.
1. Fill in and Complete the Return/Exchange Form.
2. Place Return/Exchange form inside the original FastSunglass.com shipping material and securely pack and seal your package.
3. Please ship your package to FastSunglass.com, 355 Hiatt Drive, Suite A, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418.
