***Holiday Extended Return/Exchange Policy***

Gift purchases made between December 1, 2011, and December 24, 2011, qualify for our Extended Holiday Return policy. Qualifying products may be returned/exchanged through January 15, 2012. Aside from the extended return/exchange date, all other terms are the same as the regular return/exchange terms listed below.

Prescription Eyewear

Fastsunglass.com guarantees our prescription lenses to be accurately made according to your doctor's prescription. If the prescription eyewear that you purchased from us does not appear to be accurate, immediately stop using your eyewear and contact us. If it is determined that the lenses are not made as per the doctor's prescription, Fastsunglass.com will remake the lenses at no additional charge to the consumer. If it is determined that the lenses are accurate to the specifications provided to us and the consumer cannot see properly through the lenses, it is recommended to have your prescription immediately rechecked by your eye doctor. Fastsunglass.com will not be responsible nor held liable for any inaccuracies in the doctor's prescription. All orders for prescription eyewear are final sale and non-refundable since they are customized specifically to your prescription.

FastSunglass.com guarantees the installation of prescription lenses that are installed by our lab. If you purchase a sunglass or eyeglass from FastSunglass.com and have prescription lenses installed by a different lab, FastSunglass.com does not guarantee the accuracy of the prescription, fit of the lenses, or the fit of the frame once another lab installs their lenses. Once a frame is modified from it's original form with the insertion of prescription lenses or otherwise, the return/exchange policy with FastSunglass.com will be null and void.

In the case of an exchange, we will apply the original purchase amount (not including) shipping and handling charges toward your new purchase of equal or greater value. To exchange your item for a different item, you will need to properly fill out the Exchange form.

1. Log back on to www.FastSunglass.com.

2. Navigate to the item that you would like to receive.

3. Specify the new item that you would like by writing the item number and size (if applicable) on the return/exchange form.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) in new and unused condition with all papers, labels/tags, cases and all original packaging in their original condition within 10 days for a refund or exchange. Shipping and handling fees are not subject to a refund. In case of an exchange, we will apply the original purchase amount less shipping and handling toward your new purchase. IN CASE OF A REFUND BEING ISSUED, THERE WILL BE A 10% RESTOCKING FEE APPLIED AGAINST THE PURCHASE. Please note that new and unused condition means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags (such as the hologram or shipping tags) or the case. We sell only brand new items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser at their expense. DAMAGED ITEM POLICY

Please remember that when the order arrives it is your responsibility to ensure that the product has not been damaged in transit by the freight company. Inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. When you sign the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the unit becomes your property.

Again, please take the time to inspect the delivery and if there is any damage be sure to note it on the delivery ticket. If the damage is severe enough to render the product inoperable or unusable, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at info@fastsunglass.com.com with ATTN: SHIPPING PROBLEM in the subject line. Concealed damage is almost impossible to prove if no notation was made at the time of delivery. However, if you discover internal (non-visible) damage please contact us within three (3) business days for instructions. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.

DAMAGED ITEMS WILL BE EXCHANGED FOR A NEW ITEM.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Items returned from countries outside of the USA are returned at the expense of the buyer.

To exchange your item for a different item, you will need to log back on to www.FastSunglass.com and choose the new item that you would like by writing the item number and size(if applicable).

DIFFERENT BILLING/SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please note if you provide us with shipping address that is different from billing address we may ask you for an additional proof of identity. We accept copy of your government picture ID and/or Utility bill along with a copy of credit card. Policy above applies to credit card orders only. We reserve the right to cancel and order that appears to be suspicious or fraudulent to counteract credit card fraud.

FastSunglass.com COOPERATES WITH LOCAL AND FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT. FRAUDULANT TRANSACTIONS ARE REPORTED TO THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES AS WELL AS THE U.S. POSTAL INSPECTOR.

LIFETIME BREAKAGE WARRANTY

FastSunglass.com now offers a lifetime breakage warranty for any sunglass purchased after 10/26/2008. The warranty allows the purchaser to repurchase a replacement pair of identical sunglasses at 40% off of Retail Price. If the original pair of sunglasses are no longer made or are no longer available to FastSunglass.com, FastSunglass.com has the right to ask buyer to reselect from a different pair of sunglasses for up to the same dollar amount that are still available. Warranty does not cover lost or stolen merchandise. Refunds or cash back are not an option. To qualify for the breakage warranty, you will need to follow these simple steps.

To claim the warranty, simply email us a letter including the name, address, phone number, and order number the item was purchased under. State in the email what kind of damage the sunglasses incurred. Once approved, you can ship your sunglasses in to 1200 Town Center Dr. #121 Jupiter, Fl 33458. Upon receipt of the sunglasses, please allow 2 weeks for FastSunglass.com to process the warranty.
