Question: Can I return my sunglasses after Prescription Lenses were installed?

Answer: Since Prescription Lenses are custom to your prescription, all sales are final once we insert prescription lenses. If an item is defective, we will be happy to assist you with the warranty as per the manufacturers policy.

Question: Does FastSunglass.com take insurance for prescription lenses?

Answer: No we do not accept insurance at this time.

Question: What frames are not able to do prescription lenses in?

Answer: There are certain frames that will not allow prescription lenses to be put into the frame. FastSunglass.com reviews all orders with our Optician and will notify you as soon as possible if the frame will not work with your prescription.
